Stevie as my coach was by far one of the most powerful experiences of my career.  Stevie has a fantastic ability to listen carefully to ask questions that brought me to my own realizations and self understandings. It was a great experience to work with someone who had genuine interest in what I had to say so as to be able to coach me in the best possible way.  Stevie was investing in me just as much as I was investing in myself.  Stevie always made a point to celebrate even the smallest of moments just as we celebrated the biggest.
